This is the WORST SOCIAL WORKER RESOURCE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED I WAS TRYING TO GET SERVICES TO HELP ME WITH MY EVERYDAY LIVING I MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH A WORKER WHEN I GOT THERE SHE WASNT THERE I HAD A STROLLER WITH MY BABY WHEN I ARRIVED I HAD TO CARRY MY OWN STROLLER UP THE STAIRS STAFF WAS VERY NASTY AND I TRY TO ASK SOMEONE ABOUT WHO DO I SPEAK TO AND A LADY GAVE ME A NASTY LOOK AND WALKED OFF THEY COME IN AT 930 AND EVERONE HAD ATTITUDES I WENT HERE FOR THE LADY TO TELL ME THAT THEY DONT PROVIDE YOU ANY SERVICES JUST REFERRALS I MET WiTH THIS LADY JUDITH IT SEEMED LIKE SHE WAS MORE INTERESTED IN GOING TO A FASHION SHOW IT MADE IT SEEM AS IF SHE WAS ONLY THERE TO BE PRETTY AND NOT RESOURCEFUL SHE DIDNT SHOW ANY INTREST IN HELPING ME DONT EVER GO HERE FOR SERVICES I LEFT CRYING THINKING I WAS GOING TO GET HELP EVERYONE WHO WORKS AT THE NEW ROCHELLE LOCATION IS RUDE AND NASTY AND THEY DONT WANT TO HELP YOU WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

They do nothing one thing they did is help with my medicaid I have had 4 case workers

The worst place ever can never get a call back they rush you off the phone the supervisor don't care either report then to your healthcare provider/ department they need to be closed down

Nobody and I mean nobody returns calls. They have an emergency phone number and NOBODY picks up that number. I been trying to get assistance since September, we are now in November, my caseworker is no longer employed with the company and I am getting the run around. They say they advocate and help people who they are getting paid to assist, and lately, it has been a complete lie. Place is a disgrace. When they need me to fill out a care plan so they can continue to get funding from the state, I am available whenever. Now it is crickets. Find another care management company.

Peer Specializes is Good- KimRita 😂 🐒 Hill. 😭 update - She takes things Too Personal Makes it about her. When it has Nothing to Do with her. Caution in Trust. Everything Else Don't Waste your Time. They want a Paycheck for you Doing their Job. You will get Nothing out of them. It's turned around like it's your Fault. Not their Fault. I am considering on leaving soon. When you are given answers. You already know the response too. Staff changes left right every couple of months. When they ask you to come in to do paperwork. You end up doing it yourself anyhow because the caseworker is distracted with her own personal business. When you have an appointment it's your time with the caseworker. , not here. Your going to backtrack on paperwork whenever you keep getting new people. Your a Puppet Strings. "I HATE THE SYSTEMS" Trust No One.

If I could give this place a 0 star rating I gladly would, but I can’t because I barely have 1 year with them and since my case manager told me to sign paperwork since then she is never in the office and never has time to even give me a call.

Useless organization. Made many empty promises for simple things like clothing and assistance filling out applications - never did a thing in a 3-4 month span. Don't waste your time. Care coordinators get sassy when you politely express your dissatisfaction after you've waited months to be helped only to be told "this case is too complex for our agency". Really? Time is not valued and cases are not taken as seriously as they should be. In general, people are desensitized to the homeless/mental health problem in NY and this agency is no different....don't let them sell you a dream.

Providing wonderful services to all that apply while also exploring the multitude of opportunities available... Overall, simply fantastic organization!!!
